The kitchen features lovely slate-colored cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. In the sparkling summer months, there's a deck, a gas grill, and a firepit to enjoy outdoors with views of the surrounding trees. At night, there are two cozy sleeping lofts, each accessible with its own staircase on either side of the living space, with the full bathroom on the ground floor.

The house is also a short distance from hiking, ATV, and snowmobiling trails, and 12 miles east of Big Squaw Mountain Ski Area.
