Full of ease, light, and mid-century style, this home in New Buffalo offers its very own heated swimming pool and a wonderful location four blocks from the beach. This stylish space features an open main-level living area with hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, and a thoughtfully updated kitchen. Step outside to take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the private backyard with an expansive patio overlooking a wooded ravine, or light the grill on the large deck to barbecue while keeping one eye on the pool. Guests can enjoy automatic heat up to 84 degrees - additional heating can be purchased before your stay.

When you're not enjoying the great outdoors, you can play Ping-Pong and darts in the garage, or take the provided golf cart for a spin around the neighborhood. After a night spent soaking in the hot tub cozied up around the outdoor firepit or watching movies on one of the two cable-equipped TVs, you'll have your choice of five bedrooms. On the main floor are one king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, a third bedroom with a pair of twin beds, and another full bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with two twin bunk beds - and one more full bathroom. All three bathrooms have been thoughtfully updated.

Woodlands Course At Whittaker is two-and-a-half miles away and Galien River County Park is six miles away. Visit Hesston Steam Museum, St. Julian Winery & Distillery Tasting Room, and Sandy Acres Clydesdales, all less than 10 miles from the property. Chikaming Township Park & Preserve and The Acorn both offer family-friendly fun and are less than 12 miles away.

THINGS TO KNOW

• The pool is closing for the season on 9/27/23. (The pool is normally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.)
• The home is in a quiet neighborhood with year-round resident neighbors. Occupancy shall not exceed the maximum capacity of 12. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
• The garage is insulated, but not heated.
Ping-Pong, cornhole, and a dart board are provided.
• Please note that the owner asks that you sign an agreement in order to use their golf cart (only available in summer months for safety reasons).
• The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Cancellation for this home must be 60 days prior to arrival.
• Adult dogs only.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.

• 1 dog , weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
