This laidback city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, and beachcomb. The Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is five miles away, the perfect spot to cast fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park around, and you can find it only six miles away. This area is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs, such as Azalea Sands Golf Club, one mile away, or Beachwood Golf Club, just a bit farther.

All Oceana Resorts guests receive free mini-golf play before 7 pm for all members of their party at Lost Mine Miniature Golf downtown. This course is open seasonally from March through October. All Oceana Resorts guests are also provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter.
