Child- and dog-friendly, Easy Breezy is a picturesque and affordable waterfront spot for the whole family. The renovated home now features a magnificent Great room and entertainment center with huge picture windows offering panoramic view of the Pamlico Sound just a few feet away. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and enjoy waterfront living.

On the ground level are a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and board storage racks. The Great room features a 75-inch smart TV, and electric fireplace and opens to a beautiful deck with a six-person hot tub and incredible sound views.
