Parking Notes: Underground paid parking is available for guest use. Guests may park in any unreserved stall. The rate is $20 per 24-hour period (plus tax), and parking can be purchased via the yellow self-service parking machine in the lobby which accepts both cash and credit card. Guests must purchase parking before attempting to enter the underground garage. Your purchased ticket will display a code that will allow you to access the garage. Your parking ticket must be displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard at all times.

Visitor parking available on-site and requires a ticket to be purchased via the machine. No outside parking available at this location.

Maximum parking clearance is 6'9'. If your vehicle exceeds the height maximum, the best option for parking within the resort is the privately operated, year-round underground parking underneath Whistler Town Plaza. The lot is located underneath Eagle Lodge and is accessible either via Blackcomb Way (beside the Brewhouse) or via Main Street, under the library. Maximum height is 12'2' and the rate is $30 per night (plus tax) from the self-serve machine at Town Plaza.

This apartment is very nice and quiet, and the whole resort is in a really good location - easy to walk to upper village and further to Whistler village.
The complex has heated outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs, which is really convenient, but the pool and one hot tub are separated from the other two hot tubs by the fence, so it needs 10 character punched in to go between them.
Apartment was missing duvet for the sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen should be better supplied - no good knife or pan, not enough utensils (only 4 forks, for example). Not even basic spices were supplied, like pepper and salt. We (three adults) were staying 4 nights, there were only two coffee bags supplied, 3 dishwasher tablets, two rolls of toilet paper. I got them from the reception, but why is that not supplied before we came in?
The bed in the bedroom is huge, but very hard mattress, and hard pillows. The base of the bed was not properly attached to the head board, so the headboard was freely moving.
There were small pieces of glass on the bathroom floor which we collected.
This could be a perfect apartment with little maintenance, better cleaning and better supplies.

We do apologize for the housekeeping errors and have followed-up with the manager about the issues. Blankets are provided for the sofa bed though we do only provide a starter amount of consumable supplies. Inventory will be done to ensure all kitchen items are available. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced and hope to better impress you in the future.

I stay every week and this property is so much more comfortable than just a hotel. Home away from home!!
