The rate is $20 per 24-hour period (plus tax), and parking can be purchased via the yellow self-service parking machine in the lobby which accepts both cash and credit card. Guests must purchase parking before attempting to enter the underground garage. Your purchased ticket will display a code that will allow you to access the garage. Your parking ticket must be displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard at all times.

Maximum parking clearance is 6'9". If your vehicle exceeds the height maximum, the best option for parking within the resort is the privately operated, year-round underground parking underneath Whistler Town Plaza. The lot is located underneath Eagle Lodge and is accessible either via Blackcomb Way (beside the Brewhouse) or via Main Street, under the library. Maximum height is 12'2" and the rate is $30 per night (plus tax) from the self-serve machine at Town Plaza.

Non pet friendly which is very hard to find in whistler. I have asthma and am allergic to dogs & cats. Almost every place in whistler allows pets. some rooms in this hotel allow pets but not this suite thankfully. note air conditioning is only in the bedroom and is a bit noisy.. nice balcony looking into forest..

Very nice condo and great ski in/out location. Well-stocked kitchen and very clean. Aspens has a great pool and hot tub too. Was perfect for our ski getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the amenities were awesome for our family of 4. Unit was extremely clean and the service at the front desk made the stay a breeze. Will definitely be coming back!

Nice furniture and comfy bed (although maybe a little too soft), everything you need. Big TV with netflix etc, TV in bedroom was bonus as well. 1st floor was easy access, private balcony looking onto the forest.

It had a great location, but had difficulty getting the dishwasher to work. One screen window didn’t work (broken screen). The bathroom sink kept backing up and we had to plug it many times during our stay. The pool was nice. The covid rules only allowed 30 minutes of pool time though. The pillows were down. I’m allergic to down.

The room was great. Just what we expected.
This hotel is walking distance from the upper village which is great.
We went Aug 2020 during Covid.
The staff were great about following protocols.
The pool had a sign up at noon daily.
This was ok. It’s too bad you can’t sign up the night before as then you wouldn’t have to be at the hotel at noon to get a time slot, but with Covid it’s understandable.

All in all it was a great place to stay for a great price.
