Just a short walk from your front door is the Creekside Gondola to access Whistler Mountain for days of incredible skiing or hiking along the famous ridges of British Columbia. Maximum parking clearance 6'1'. If your vehicle exceeds the height maximum, the best option for parking within the resort is the privately operated, year-round underground parking underneath Whistler Town Plaza. The lot is located underneath Eagle Lodge and is accessible either via Blackcomb Way (beside the Brewhouse) or via Main Street, under the library. Maximum height is 12'2' and the rate is $30 per night (plus tax) from the self-serve machine at Town Plaza.

Clean, comfortable, with nice amenities. Unfortunately due to an all-day power cut on the day of arrival, we could not enjoy some of the amenities (pool, hot tub, and sauna) until the last day of our 3-night stay.

Loved being close to alpha lake, south side diner and can ski for bike rental. Whistler village was close enough.

Lake Placid Lodge checked all of our boxes. We had no complaints. Vacasa was amazing to deal with. Always positive, happy, and helpful.
Our one bedroom had a small balcony overlooking the pool area, which was beautiful and always quiet after 10 pm. We used the pool and hot tub every day after Mountain Biking. Creekside Gondola is conveniently located across the street and up the stairs. We had the option to lock our bikes in a locked room with the skies inside the front lobby or downstairs in the parkade. Need to bring own cables and locks. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge/microwave/toaster/coffee maker/kettle/dishwasher/stove and oven, plus dishes/pots and pan etc. Our room had a tower fan which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and my son said the sofa bed was alright. Creek side is about a 10 minute drive to Whistler Village which was nice to visit but I preferred staying in Creekside. We had the hot tub and secure underground parking included.
Laundry in located in the basement $3 for either washer or dryer.
