The size of the unit was great as was the location in the village. Kitchen utensils could use an upgrade, the HVAC unit was quite loud when the heat kicked on and all fan vents ought to be cleaned thoroughly
Manager response:
Campbell, thank you for the review of your stay at Cascade Lodge 119. We are so glad you enjoyed the home and the location. We appreciate your suggestions and comments to help us ensure the best possible guest experience. We look forward to hosting you again. Thank you!

Plenty of room and enough kitchen gadgets to make meals. Some of them needed replacing, like the peeler. The bedding wash fresh and clean but for the hidabeds there were only sheets and a thin blanket. No duvets or quilts. The concierge brought extra 2 blankets to make the hide-a-bed cozy. Parking was only one per suite but we parked 2 cars anyways because neither muself or my parents received a special “pass” for the pay parking. It was $21/day which was ok and we didn’t get towed. The parking wasn’t too full as people were leaving after the weekend , so I didn’t feel guilty. Pool was heated and there were 2 hot tubs and 2 saunas. I liked that there was a check in for ski/snowboard equipment and it was mandatory. We were close enough to the village without all of the noise. Walking distance to market and main village. I paid 950$ all in for 3 nights Sunday to Wednesday during spring break. The place was clean and on the main floor, room 119

Good location and space was nice. Only downside is check out is early at 10 and no daily housekeeping.
Manager response:
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us, Harpreet. To clarify, our homes are cleaned before and after every arrival and departure. Unfortunately, at this time to promote the safety of guests and community, we are not able to offer mid stay, or "hotel style cleans". We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay, and hope to host you again soon!

Close to the Village and a 10 minute walk to the Whistler lifts.

Everything was great from the check in to the check out. Our suite was simple and cosy and the property is only a short walk to the ski lifts.

What a great place to stay! 2nd time there and we will return. Our unit was clean and spacious. We loved the big pool and hot tubs.

We loved staying at this spacious one bedroom apartment in Whistler Village North. The apartment was on the dark side because the trees dwarfed the sunlight. Different lighting would solve that. We were quite comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable . Nice size. Loved the bench and coat rack at the door.

Nice, comfortable, good amenities. We would stay here again.
