THINGS TO KNOW
- The elevator accesses the ground floor and both living levels of the home.
- Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
- Beginning August 1st, guests will be required to pay $25.00 for use of the game room. $20.00 will go toward the refundable deposit, and $5.00 will go to the POA for replacing any destroyed items.
- The on-site Pointe Restaurant has reopened. Currently it is open Thursday – Sunday and starting 5/1/25 it will be open Tuesday – Sunday.
- 2 dogs, weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
