El Paseo - the renowned stretch of downtown Palm Desert that's famous for its boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries - is just over a mile north, while the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens awaits two miles east. If you're a golfer, you'll have countless courses to choose from in the area, including several that are open to the public.
THINGS TO KNOW
-This home must be booked 2 weeks in advance. A DocuSign and registration fees are to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. The registration fee is $100.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week.
-Amenity fees paid at the time of booking cover access for two (2) guests. Additional guest access is subject to additional fees. please contact us for details
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-This home only allows minimum night stays of 29 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.
-Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
