The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player, and there are new mattresses on the bunks and in both bedrooms. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
