• Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are active at the entrance and exit gates, the clubhouse, pool and hot tub/spa areas and any damage caused is recorded and will be used to identify the guest causing such damage and the cost of any repairs will be assessed to the rental guest.
• 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
