On the resort grounds, you'll have your pick of indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, two restaurants, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Should you choose to explore the area, you'll be just west of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, and seven miles east of Destin Commons.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
