Unit is well appointed. The bed is firm which was fine for us. Beautiful view of the lake!

Quiet .. Georgeous view ... Only negative is the mattress in the bedroom is very firm. We were unable to sleep on it.

The Lake Chelan Shores is like a private resort in the Caribbean. There is 24 hour security. There are 5 amazing pools and a huge beachfront for swimming and boating. Our room 15-9 had a fabulous view of the lake and a covered parking spot. Within a minute walk, we were down at the beach that was partially shaded, thankfully! The condo was beyond well-stocked, and the furniture was nicely updated. I wish we could have stayed longer. Next year for sure.

It's in a convenient location, only 2 miles from downtown, but far away from the crowds. The room contains everything you need for either a short or long stay. Perfect kitchen and kitchen ware.

Bed needs to be updated to new memory foam complete bed, not just a 2 inch foam on a hard surface bed!! Otherwise rhis unit was nice and cozy and well equipped!

Lovely place to stay although the furniture could use a little updating. We loved having a view of the lake and the house was cozy and warm. Just enough space for a couple or a couple with a child.

If you have a family with kids of any age this is a great location with lots to do & enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay! We look forward to staying here again.

Nice property. Good beach access and nice to have boat rentals located next to the property. We'll be back.

We had a great week, Chelan never disappoints!

We had a great time with our family at the Lake Chelan Resort! So much to do besides the lake! We enjoyed everything from the workout area to the ping pong to tennis!

Probably look for a different unit complex beautiful

Fun vacation!

The condo offer a beautiful view of the Lake. The condo resort was nicer than expected from the pictures. It has an opening feeling and great view from the lake.

The condo community is lovely, and has excellent amenities. The staff was very friendly, and full of suggestions for places to wine and dine...literally! If I were to base my experience on just these things, I'd say that I'd be back without a doubt, but the unit itself, left a lot to be desired. The owner of this unit MUST do some updates. First of all, the unit was advertised to sleep 4 people which was perfect since there were only two of us. We figured we'd trade off, one night on the hide a bed, and one night in the actual bed. It turns out, we both ended up sleeping on the floor the second night. The beds are both terribly uncomfortable. You have to sleep sideways with your legs hanging off the side of the hide a bed to avoid sleeping on bars. The mattress was urine stained and there weren't any linens left to make the bed. Sleeping on the couch itself, was also attempted, but we quickly found that the couch sinks in to itself when being laid on. The bed in the bedroom, was like an inverted taco; there seemed to be a ridge down the middle of the bed, which was already very hard and uncomfortable. The comforter that was on top of the bed did not lie flat, as all the batting was balled up in various areas.

The shower head is awkwardly low; I am only 5'6' and had to bend down to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Also, about five minutes in to every shower, the shower head started to whistle like a tea kettle.

The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous, but we were unable to enjoy the use of the balcony since every deck chair was broken. This was a huge disappointment since that was the main reason we selected this unit.

There are two radios in the condo that take cassette tapes and CD's...I'm pretty sure even the low budget town motel has alarm clocks that you're able to plug your I-phone in to.

Overall, the unit was very uncomfortable and EXTREMELY dated. It has the community and the view going for it, but that's it..

Had a great time! Chelan is beautiful ! Enjoyed several wineries! Had 2 wonderful breakfasts at The Riverwalk
