During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

This condo features a well-equipped, full kitchen, private bathrooms in each bedroom, washer/dryer, and peeks of the Gulf of Mexico from the large balcony. An additional bunk space is ideal for kids. Work up a sweat at the on-site pickleball courts before a sun-filled day.

Restaurants include Seagrove Village Market, Surfing Deer, Cowgirl Kitchen, Pickle’s Burger and Shake and Bud & Alley’s. Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, Eastern Lake or Deer Lake. Ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A.
