- There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.
- WiFi is provided, however, you'll have to use WiFi calling in order to have cell service at the home.
- Firewood is not provided.
- Per HOA restrictions, no alcohol is permitted on the community dock.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
