Located right between the ocean and Lake Lytle, this home is perfect for any beach bums in your crew, plus it's only one mile away from Rockaway Beach proper! Spend the day outdoors in the sun along the sands, head to a nearby state park, or just relax in the cute coastal town.

With large windows, views of the waves crashing in, and beach themes throughout, this place is relaxed and easy to enjoy!

This space is the lower half of a larger house, but it has everything you could need without having to interact with the top half! The living room is open and spacious with ocean views, comfortable couches, and a TV where you can watch cable. The dining area is in the corner with room for six people to enjoy some food together while the sea turns out the window, and there's another smaller table with space for four on the other side of the room.

The cook in your group will appreciate the kitchen with lots of cupboard space, cookware, and all the amenities to prepare a fantastic beachfront meal for everyone. There's a vinyl floor that's easy to clean up, as well as a dishwasher, pots and pans, and more awesome views.

With three bedrooms on this level, there are plenty of places to stretch out and get a good night's rest! One bedroom has three twin beds, the second has a queen, and the final room features a full-size bed. There's one full bathroom on this level, as well as a private washer/dryer, so all of your beach gear can stay warm and dry overnight. Altogether, up to seven guests (six adults at most) and two dogs are welcome to stay here, though please note that a nightly pet fee applies if you would like to bring your furry friends.

Everyone will stay entertained during any hour of the day with WiFi, cable, board games, and books at your fingertips. There's also a fantastic deck where you can watch the sunset in the evening, or sip your coffee in the morning.

With a wonderful location close to the water, you can walk straight down to the beach from here! Spend the day soaking up the sun rays with a cooler full of cold drinks, head out to catch some surf, or try your hand at stand-up paddle boarding - it's all available! You can also rent out some gear in town, head out to sea on a fishing charter, go whale-watching for the day, or get some BBQ going at Lake Lytle.

Manhattan Beach is just down the road with views of the famous Twin Rocks, and Rockaway Beach is super close to several beautiful state parks like Nehalem Bay State Park (12 miles north) where you can hike and explore! Oswald West State Park is 15 miles north, and Tillamook Bay is about 20 miles south where you'll find more awesome activity options, the Tillamook Cheese Factory, shopping, and bars. Rockaway Beach also has several options for great seafood and shopping!
