OVERVIEW
Beautiful, waterfront condo w/ two shared pools, gym, & easy beach access
Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Amazing beach memories will be made at this gorgeous, Gulf front home. Relax and unwind in this rental located within the Sterling Resort in beautiful Destin. This home has a fully equipped kitchen that will make preparing delicious meals a breeze. Spacious and beautifully decorated, guests can spread out and enjoy plenty of privacy. Cool off after a day at the beach in one of two shared pools. The pool located next to the beach is heated during the winter months and the zero entry pool located next to the complex offers waterfalls and a great place for families and friends to relax.

Dine beachside at the Back Porch that offers local seafood and other delicious menu items, located right next door. The Candy Shop is perfect for grabbing breakfast on the go or sweet treats for the kids, also within walking distance. For outdoor fun beyond the beach, visit Henderson Beach State Park, just a little over a mile east, where you can hike the trails and the boardwalk, watch for native wildlife, and enjoy a picnic.
THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025. Full kitchen with dishwasher, Free WiFi, Central air conditioning, Elevator in the building, Outdoor shower, No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property. Guests must wear armbands while in the pool area.
