Sit down and relax on the sofa and gaze out the sliding glass door at the nearby ocean, or flip on the TV and watch some cable or use the DVD player. You could even start a fire in the wood-burning fireplace to keep the space extra cozy, then grab one of the books from the shelf and spend an evening reading while snuggled up.

On the south side of town, stop in at the famous Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Hatfield Marine Science Center, then do some antiquing in the area. Around town you will find many fantastic restaurants, plenty of shopping, activities such as golfing, boating on the Yaquina Bay, exploring the Nye Beach area, and much more. The lovely Lincoln City is about 35 minutes north along the highway, and there are many gorgeous viewpoints around the Central Coast, so don't be afraid to set out and spend a day exploring the coastline!
