Perched on a rocky hilltop just south of Neskowin, this home is in an ideal spot to enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and the iconic Proposal Rock. With enormous windows and large decks, you will have plenty of places to watch sunsets, gaze at the sea, and breathe in the fresh air. If you want to walk to the beach you can follow a sloped trail for about a mile, though for a less strenuous option you can simply drive into town and park near the public beach access.

With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this home has plenty of space for up to eight guests. You're even welcome to bring along up to two dogs with you, though please note that a nightly fee applies.

Walk into the home to discover a magical space with luxurious touches and huge windows that let in plenty of sunshine. This main floor has high ceilings, wood floors and details, and a relaxed nautical decor that will welcome you to your vacation. The windows offer views of the most iconic landmark in the area, Proposal Rock, as well as the surrounding sea framed by the pine trees that cling to the rocky cliffs around the home.

This upstairs living room has a lovely windowseat where you can gaze out the bay windows at the scenery. Whether it's a gorgeous sunny day or there's a storm blowing by, this is the perfect place to sit and watch. Here you can also sit on the cozy leather sofa and watch some cable TV, or access the WiFi to keep in touch and look up tomorrow's tide tables. In this home you will also have a selection of board games and books to keep you entertained, and another TV downstairs has a VCR and some classic movies to watch.

Just past the living room is a gorgeous full kitchen. Featuring beautiful cabinets, a double oven, and all the appliances and cooking tools you may need, you will have no trouble at all whipping up tasty meals here! Sit down at the eight-seat dining room table and start a fire in the nearby gas fireplace while you enjoy a lovely meal together.

This main floor also has the master bedroom, which is furnished with an enormous king-size bed, deck, access, and windows to let in some glorious morning sunshine. An attached master bathroom is a spa-like space, with double sinks, a marvelous jetted bathtub, and a separate tile shower.

Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a full-size bed - that each feature lower deck access. Altogether with these three bedrooms and a cozy sleeper sofa, up to eight guests will have comfortable places to rest up for another day of vacationing.

This lower level also has another living room, with more windowseats and places to sit and admire the view. Here you will have a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a TV equipped with a VCR. This floor even has a kitchenette, which has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, and coffeemaker, so you can prepare a simple meal or grab a snack or drink without having to go upstairs.

This home even has a laundry room, which will come in handy if anyone happens to get a little dirty while playing on the beach or hiking around the area. A two-car garage is available for your use, and there is space in the driveway for two more vehicles. No street-parking is allowed in this part of town, so please be sure your cars are on the property.

If you step outside from the upper or lower levels you will find wonderful deck areas where you can relax, breathe in the fresh sea air, and soak in the luxurious hot tub as you enjoy the gorgeous views. You will also have a gas grill and some covered areas of the deck, so don't be afraid to get out and savor the views when it's raining! From here you have a breathtaking view of the town, the sea, and the vast skyline, and this is an ideal spot to sit and watch the sun set at the end of the day. Best of all, there's a private hot tub available to take your relaxation to the next level!

Neskowin is a small coastal town with a few businesses and a ton of charm. Drive just north into town and have a meal at the well-loved Cafe on Hawk Creek. Whether you have a smoked salmon omelet for breakfast, a wood-fired pizza for lunch, or a fresh seafood dinner, this is a wonderful place to eat. Neskowin also has its own golf course, as well as a wonderful stretch of coastline.

If you walk out onto the beach at low tide, you can stroll right up to Proposal Rock and search for tidepools. Otherwise, enjoy a nice long walk on the sand, pick up some shells and rocks, and relax while surrounded by the beauty of nature. Sometimes, if you're extra lucky, you can even see a whale migrating along the coastline. In the area you can also go hiking on scenic coastal trails, and in Pacific City you can book a horseback ride on the beach.

Drive south less than 20 minutes you will find yourself in bustling Lincoln City, which has a huge variety of options to keep you busy. Here you will find a casino, outlet mall, streets lined with souvenir shops, and much more. In town are two golf courses, and the Salishan (just south of town) even has a wonderful spa. In Lincoln City you can walk along the miles of popular beach, then walk in and get lunch at the popular Highway 101 Burger or a pastry from the adorably-named Captain Dan's Pirate Bakery.
