The center of town, where you can find groceries, restaurants, and more, is also about two miles from here. This property is located directly on the bay, making it perfect for people who like to kayak, bird watch, and wade fish. You can also enjoy amazing views, sunrises, and sunsets from the comfort of your covered patio or balcony. It's perfect to watch the weekend and holiday fireworks across the bay at South Padre Island!

Please note that the bay is not suitable for swimming due to the daily tides, but it is great for fishing from your own backyard. The house has direct access to the water, and fishing pole holders are included in the backyard. One parking space is available in front of the house; a second car can be parked in the overflow area.
