This family-friendly mountain abode offers three levels full of comfort, incredible amenities, and plenty of space - it's ideal for a whole family or even two families! The second floor and main living space were lovingly designed to feature hand-picked stones from the Kettle River, and hardwood floors reclaimed from a 200-year-old ship. Wood paneling, and wooden accents, and stone touches fill this home, evoking feelings of resting in a cabin. Leave your ski gear in the entryway closet (and your equipment in the ski locker by the back door) and fix yourself a snack in the open kitchen with plenty of equipment included to help you. Make yourself at home in the warmth of the gas fireplace. The private washer/dryer will take care of all the gear while you relax. Pop in a DVD or choose a Netflix favorite to watch. Step outside onto the patio for a relaxing soak in the hot tub, and cap off with a delicious dinner cooked up on the private gas grill. Relax in the evening in the downstairs den, where you'll find a 52-inch TV with Apple TV and a PlayStation 2. There's also board games to enjoy if you're more of an analog group.
After setting your shoes into the built-in racks near the front door, you just need to walk in and turn left to find the first bedroom (featuring a queen bed). A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination lies across the hall for the guest staying in this room. Head up the stairs and turn right for the main bedroom of the home, which itself features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower with special stone accents and two shower heads. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a queen bed. The fourth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed and some fun kid-sized pillows for lounging. We visited this house to check out the downhill bike park and it was great. Only 150 yards from the backdoor to village centre with the ticket office, restaurants and shops. Big tidy garage for storing bikes, with bike tools, rack and chairs. Big place, the kids loved the nice cool theatre room and attached bunk house. Definitely going back!

I have been coming to Big White for about 30 years. I mostly have stayed at the Eagle Resort which is right across the hill from this location. We loved the Eagles because of it's location and ease of getting kids to and from ski school. Well, this place is even better in my opinion. It's perfectly situated for the Plaza chair, magic carpet and getting to the ski school. It is well decorated, well apportioned, and just a nice place to be. Everything worked well, owners were very responsive, and checking in and out is the simplest I have had. It has been the best place I have stayed at Big White and we will definitely be coming back.

Huge place with lots of room. Maintenance is definitely needed as there are broken windows and a broken hot tub.
There was also a lot of dead flies when we checked in. (More than 6 in the main foyer alone). As a guy it doesnt bother me too much. But my girlfriend was very displeased.

My family stayed a few nights over March break with teen boys. Theatre room was perfect set up for them and they loved it. We did too because we could hardly hear them. This place has great ski in/out options and a short walk to village. The kitchen was also well stocked. Thank you!

The layout of the place was great for our group - we had 4 adults and a baby and had way too much space. 3 Bedrooms on the top floor, great open living area on the main floor plus one bedroom & hot tub, downstairs had a HUGE theatre room with a bunch of single beds. Bathrooms on each floor - very handy. Location was great super close to the village. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was super clean. Sheets smelled bleached which was reassuring during the pandemic!

The location of the place is a true ski-in/ski-out which is great. Short walk and you are in the village to hit the restaurants. Kids absolutely loved the theatre room and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything is clean, thought of and it was one of the more relaxing stays we have had on hill. Hot tub to cap off the days is the icing on the cake!

We had a great time staying here, the chalet was in the perfect location with a ski run right out the back door, and a quick walk up to the village. Very convenient especially when trying to get kids and all their gear out the door! The downstairs (first floor) was the kids haven and they loved it, which gave the adults a quieter space upstairs. We filled the house and never felt crowded. The beds were not great, some very hard and some loud when you moved, but overall a very comfortable place that we would be happy to come back to again.

We have been coming to Big White for 15 years now. Enjoy the hill and really like the Rockridge location. Could really improve the lighting and update some of the appliances. I also suggest they drain the hot tub and start with fresh water rather than trying to keep clean with chemicals all season

We stayed at 375 Ridge Rock Mar 15-21 2015 and absolutely loved the house and location. We were 4 adults and 7 kids and it absorbed our group incredibly well. Lots of room for everyone. The house was well appointed. The beds were very comfy. The kids loved the theatre room and when they were not in there, they were in the hot tub which they also loved. The location could not be better. A few short steps and you are in the village, walk out the back and you are on the slopes. So easy and so fun. The hot tub took a while to heat up if the temp dropped. But other than that, it was an amazing stay. We would love to come back to the exact same place!

Fantastic location!We are already planning on staying there next year!Our only complaint was the hot tub seemed a bit finicky.Sometimes the pumps wouldn't cycle properly, which caused the water to be lukewarm, bordering on cold, at the end of our ski day.bringing it up to temperature would take 5-6 hours.Other than that, the place was perfect!
