Soak in the bubbling, private hot tub, grill festive vacation meals on the deck, complete with covered alfresco dining and chairs, or unwind on the furnished back porch. As part of the sought-after Tahoe Donner neighborhood, enjoy access to unrivaled amenities like a rec center, tennis center, and marina.

The open-concept main living area offers ample seating, lots of natural light, and a double-sided gas fireplace. Gather in the entertainment room and snuggle up on a large sectional to watch movies on the 55-inch TV. The gourmet kitchen has a brand new dishwasher, utensils, pots/pans, plates, and silverware for whipping up tasty meals after a day of alpine fun. (Please note that cooking supplies (i.e. salt/pepper/oil/spices) are not provided. Serve appetizers at the three-seat kitchen bar, then dine together at a table set for ten. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and two washer/dryer units.
