The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While weather conditions and natural disasters are beyond our control, we closely monitor conditions and take appropriate precautions when needed to help protect the property and our guests.

Our cancellation and refund policy remains unchanged. If the home remains habitable, refunds will not be issued. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for additional protection and peace of mind when traveling during hurricane season.

If a named storm is forecast for the area, our local team may take necessary property-protection measures, when conditions and circumstances allow. These preparations may include securing outdoor furniture, trash cans, and other items, unplugging televisions, turning off ice makers, and closing electric storm shutters. Any necessary preparations will be handled by our team, so guests can focus on enjoying their stay and staying informed about local weather conditions.

Please note: Manual storm shutters are installed by the homeowners at their digression if available.
