  • **Lake Lure is scheduled to reopen for full operations on May 1st, 2026 with the return of boating, swimming and fishing. Be sure to reserve your spot before dates are taken. We look forward to your visit and your continued support to the local community.**
  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
  • All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
    • No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
    • 4WD/traction may be required in winter.
    • Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
    • Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
