The Bluff Breeze sits right on a Corpus Christi canal lined with waterfront homes, docks, and moored boats, so the view from the lawn is calm water and boating life all day. Boating and fishing are part of everyday life here, and the Coastal Bend's best outings are within reach, including Padre Island National Seashore, Mustang Island State Park, and the Texas State Aquarium.

The driveway holds up to 3 vehicles, making it easy to load up beach gear and head out to Padre Island National Seashore, Mustang Island State Park, or the Texas State Aquarium. Boaters can bring their own boat and tie up at the private dock out back.
