Entertainment

The basement entertainment room anchors the fun with a foosball table and a 65-inch Roku TV, giving the group a dedicated hangout space separate from the main living area. Whether it's a rainy afternoon or a late-night wind-down, there's always somewhere to gather.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is stocked for serious home cooking - think coffee maker, blender, crockpot, mixer, a full knife block, and baking pans in multiple sizes. You'll find one set of dishes, glasses, and utensils for each of the 15 guests, plus grilling tools ready to go when the propane grill calls. The dishwasher makes cleanup fast so you can get back to enjoying the view.

Technology

Six TVs are spread across every level of the home - a 65-inch in the main living room, a 65-inch in the master bedroom, a 65-inch in the basement entertainment room, a 50-inch in the loft, and 32-inch sets in each of the two main-floor bedrooms. All sets are Roku-enabled for easy streaming. WiFi is provided through US Cellular.

Laundry

A full-size washer and dryer are available on site - a must-have for longer stays or active mountain adventures.

Outdoor

Step out back to find your private hot tub waiting, along with a wood-burning fire pit perfect for gathering around after sunset. The propane grill is fully functional with all burners working and includes a cover and a full propane tank. The property's elevated position means even time on the deck comes with a view.

Check-in is self-serve smartlock easy, flexible arrival. A backup key lockbox is also located outside for added convenience. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available in the driveway, which is both paved and gravel. Your host is available should any questions come up during your stay.
