Guests can use the shared pools, beach access, elevator, and outdoor seating at this oceanfront complex. The property also has a BBQ grill area and a lit path to the entrance. This unit has air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and step-free access, elevator access. A disabled parking spot is available on site.

The neighborhood:
Casa de Emdeko is an oceanfront community on Ali'i Drive, about two miles south of Kailua-Kona town. The grounds look over the Pacific, while restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are a quick drive north. Honl's Beach is nearby for a beach stop, and Magic Sands Beach Park is farther south when you want to spend more of the day in the sand. Continue along Ali'i Drive to Kahalu'u Beach Park for snorkeling. This is a good Kona address for small families who want oceanfront grounds without giving up access to town.

Getting around:
Kona International Airport (KOA) is about 10 to 15 minutes from Kailua Kona. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kona Coast, although downtown shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Alii Drive may be walkable or a short drive away. Beaches, snorkeling, and groceries are nearby. Parking is generally available at properties or in nearby street and lot spaces.
