THINGS TO KNOW

  • The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home. .
  • Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
  • The gas grill is not available for guest use.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
  • All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
