Luxe Haven Lakehouse

Welcome to Luxe Haven Lakehouse, a spacious five-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront home accommodating up to 12 guests on Lake Hamilton.

The home provides eight beds—four queen beds and four twin beds—along with two full kitchens and two comfortable living areas. Panoramic windows showcase the lake views, while large Smart TVs with streaming capabilities provide indoor entertainment. One living area also features a pool table for friendly competition.

Both kitchens feature full-size appliances and generous space for preparing meals. A dedicated coffee station makes it easy to begin the morning before heading outside to enjoy the lake.

The expansive deck offers outdoor seating and space for dining while overlooking the water. A Blackstone griddle is provided for outdoor cooking. The property also includes direct lake access and a private two-stall dock with boat slips available for guests during their stay.

Guests have access to the entire home, its two kitchens and living areas, furnished outdoor spaces, shoreline, and private two-stall dock. Both boat slips are available for guest use during the reservation.

Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.

Parking is limited to five vehicles total. One vehicle may park in the garage, and one designated outdoor space is located immediately to the right of the garage. Additional parking is available in the main driveway, which can accommodate boat trailers.

Do not park on the small driveway extension to the left of the garage. That area belongs to the neighboring property. Please follow the posted parking signs.

Luxe Haven Lakehouse is located in a waterfront residential area on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs. The setting offers direct lake access and peaceful water views while keeping guests within driving distance of Hot Springs restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions.

Please respect the surrounding residents and observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the property and exploring Hot Springs. On-site parking is limited to five vehicles total, including one garage space.

The main driveway is large enough to accommodate boat trailers. Guests should follow the posted signs and must not park on the small driveway extension to the left of the garage because it belongs to the neighboring property.

Guests can enjoy the property independently. Our local Hot Springs management team is available through the booking platform if assistance is needed before or during the stay.

Luxe Haven Lakehouse accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Pets, smoking, parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.

The private dock and its two boat slips are available for guest use during the reservation. Guests may access Lake Hamilton directly from the property. Children must be closely supervised around the decks, shoreline, water, and dock. All lake and dock activities are undertaken at guests’ own risk.
