The Blue Beaver Cottage

The Blue Beaver Cottage is a comfortable, dog-friendly retreat in a peaceful wooded area near Beaver Lake. The home accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious living and dining areas filled with natural light.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Three additional single beds provide flexible sleeping arrangements. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, streaming-capable TV, and a private washer and dryer.

Outside, guests can relax on two private decks, soak in the private hot tub, gather around the firepit, or enjoy the hammock and gas grill.

The cottage is located on a quiet dead-end road in a wooded area near Beaver Lake and Prairie Creek. Wildlife is commonly seen around the property, contributing to its peaceful Ozark setting.

Prairie Creek Marina, Prairie Creek Park and public beach, the Prairie Creek Bridge, and the Highway 12 boat ramp are nearby. Downtown Rogers offers additional restaurants, shops, and local attractions, while Bentonville is home to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion.

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the cottage and exploring the surrounding Beaver Lake area. The Highway 12 boat ramp, Prairie Creek Marina, Prairie Creek Park and public beach, restaurants, and other area attractions are accessible by car. On-site parking is available, including space documented for guests bringing a boat.

Guests can enjoy the home privately. Our local management team is available through the booking platform to assist with questions or concerns before and during the stay.

The home accommodates a maximum of six guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Up to two dogs weighing 40 pounds or less each are welcome. No other animals are permitted without prior approval.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

The private hot tub, firepit, gas grill, and hammock are available for guest use.

The property is near Beaver Lake but is not lakefront and does not include private lake access. Guests should use nearby public lake-access areas and boat ramps.
