Additional perks include a coffee pot that has both options of a full drip pot or K-cup single brews. A toaster, a crockpot, and an air fryer are both available for easy vacation meal prep. There is an outdoor patio area perfect for happy hour and morning coffee. The garage is loaded with all the beach toys you need, including six chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon.
