There's ample parking (including a two-car garage with an Electric Vehicle charger) and even a kennel for your family dog. As for the immediate area, you'll be an easy drive from Kings Beach (less than two miles), Northstar California Resort (six miles), and an assortment of excellent dining and shopping.

The setting feels idyllic, whether you're listening to the sounds of Griff Creek from the hot tub, barbecuing on the gas grill, or simply admiring the view through walls of windows across the house. Every detail has been carefully considered, including the lofty ceilings, recently installed air conditioning on the top floor, and two spacious decks.
