Inside, the open-concept living area features newly renovated vinyl flooring, smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows, comfortable beds, and a cozy seating area. The convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge and microwave, perfect for storing leftovers and preparing quick meals. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee out on the private balcony. The sizable bedroom and bathroom offer plenty of space to move through your daily routines with ease. Central air-conditioning and washer/dryer access round out the condo's marvelous perks.
Within minutes of your stay, enjoy exploring Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, the Wisconsin Deer Park, the Rick Wilcox Magic Theater, Noah's Ark Waterpark, and the Crystal Grand Music Theater. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Things to Know
- Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes.
