After your many water adventures, head for the shared tennis court, playground, or picnic area. Additionally, nearby, you'll be delighted to find a lifeguarded beach just a mile north at Indian River Inlet, as well as, numerous seaside restaurants and shops.

Before heading inside your stay, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, located inside the carport.

Warm wood finishes, comfortable furnishings, and marvelous ocean views make up the interior of this charming townhome. When you need a break from the sun, the spacious living room offers ample seating and a large TV. When you aren't hanging out here, head for one of the townhome's oceanfront balconies, one accessible on the second floor and the other on the third floor.

When hunger arises, head for the well-appointed kitchen where cooking is made a breeze amongst stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Under the glow of the wicker chandelier, indulge in some of your favorite family-style meals.

Each of the three bedrooms are equally cozy, and offer central air-conditioning, soft linens, and natural lighting. One bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling folding screen to create two separate spaces - each with its' own closet, door, and window.
