Relax in the spa or hot tub, and gather around the firepit to tell stories and roast marshmallows. Upon entry, you ll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area.

This amazing home is full of themed rooms, upscale furnishings, and natural light, making it a space to make cherished memories that ll last a lifetime. The exciting Star Wars-themed game room boasts air hockey, billiards, darts, and video games. Relax and make yourself at home in the main living area, boasting a huge TV for streaming your favorite movies, an entrance to the lanai, and a sophisticated open-concept kitchen and dining area. A second living area upstairs is Avengers-themed, with another large TV and a foosball table for friendly competition. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom that s Mickey Mouse themed, with a TV for private viewing, a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and oversized walk-in shower, and a private entrance to the lanai. Another main suite is specifically catered to families with little guests, complete with a crib. Kids will burst with excitement with the assortment of themed bedrooms, like Encanto, Harry Potter, and Frozen.

Parking: Parking available in designated areas in front of the house. Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 5 registered vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be in designated areas only. Please adhere to these rules to avoid towing, fines, or denied entry.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 hand soap per bathroom

1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

1 sponge in the kitchen

1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen

1 paper towel in the kitchen

1 laundry detergent

1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines:

POOL SPA We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist.

ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and hot tub area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND GRUGS Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
