Please note: The driveway from the road to the home is exceptionally steep. AWD or 4WD is highly recommended, particularly for guests who are unfamiliar with steep mountain roads.
Seasonal Lake Levels: Nantahala Lake undergoes an annual drawdown beginning in early fall, typically around September or October, with water levels generally reaching their lowest point during winter. Lake levels vary throughout the year, so water depth and access to the dock and watercraft may be affected, particularly during the fall and winter months.
Cell Service: There is no cellular service at the home. Wi-Fi is available, and guests can use Wi-Fi Calling on compatible phones to make and receive calls, provided the feature is enabled with their mobile carrier.
