Settle into a relaxing Hot Springs getaway at Hamilton Harbor Hideaway, an updated second-floor condo overlooking beautiful Lake Hamilton. Located in a gated waterfront community, this comfortable retreat offers peaceful lake views, a private covered balcony, and access to a shared seasonal swimming pool.

The condo accommodates up to five guests with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. The inviting living area provides a comfortable place to relax, while the well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and the essentials needed to prepare meals at home.

Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a television, a private washer and dryer, and a walk-in shower. When it is time to slow down, enjoy the community pool or relax on the balcony overlooking the water.

Guests have private use of Unit F-3 and its covered balcony. The shared community swimming pool is typically available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The condo is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs. There is no elevator or step-free access.

Entry is through an electronic lock. Access instructions and the entry code will be provided before arrival.

The condo does not include access to the lake, shoreline, docks, or boat slips.

Hamilton Harbor Hideaway is located in a gated waterfront condominium community overlooking Lake Hamilton. The community offers a relaxing setting while remaining convenient to the dining, shopping, recreation, and attractions of Hot Springs.

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort is less than 10 minutes away. Downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park, local restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly attractions are also within easy driving distance.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Hot Springs and the Lake Hamilton area. Oaklawn, downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, restaurants, shopping, and other local attractions are accessible by car.

Community gate instructions and parking information will be provided to registered guests before arrival.

Guests can enjoy the condo privately. Our local management team is available through the booking platform to assist with questions or concerns before and during the stay.

The condo accommodates a maximum of five guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

The condo is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator or step-free entrance.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.

The community swimming pool is shared with other residents and guests and is typically available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool dates and hours are controlled by the condominium association and may be affected by weather, maintenance, or community policies.

Although the condo overlooks Lake Hamilton, it does not include lake, shoreline, dock, or boat-slip access. Guests may not enter or use private docks or boat slips within the community.
