A knife block, full utensil set, measuring tools, corkscrew, and can opener are all on hand. Plates, mugs, glasses, and flatware are provided for each guest, plus a kids' eating and drinking set. Grilling utensils are included for use with the propane grill on the back patio.

This is a self-check-in property with a lockbox available for backup key access. GPS does not route directly to the cabin - you'll receive detailed arrival instructions with your booking confirmation. The key landmarks: when you turn onto Cedar Ridge Circle, look for the Poco Risco signage near a blue dumpster, follow the road, and watch for Sunset View signs with directional arrows guiding you to the right down a driveway to the property. The driveway turn is sharp turn to the right and is narrow, so take it slow. Your host is available by message and happy to help with questions before and during your stay.

GPS drops you at the top of the driveway. When you turn down Cedar Ridge Circle, you will see Poco Risco signage by a blue dumpster. Turn down this road. The pavement ends and turns into gravel, you will see a sign for the house Sunsets View. You will take a sharp turn right and go down into the house. There is signs for Sunsets View with arrows showing where the property is. Looks for the Sunset View signs when you turn on the road and follow it to the property. The driveway is narrow and the turn to the right is very sharp. There is very limited cell phone service at the property. It's secluded off the Missouri river, down in the valley. Outside has connection, but it can be spotty. Best to load up GPS beforehand and have instructions ready on how to get to the property first

★ Home is just off the Little Niangua river to the mouth of the Lake of the Ozarks - there are trees in the cove buried and the water averages 14 ft deep - take it slow when boating
★ Cell service is very limited at the property due to the valley location - load GPS and directions before arriving
★ 4-wheel drive is recommended during winter months
★ Driveway and access road are narrow with steep hills and sharp curves - trailers are not recommended
★ Stairs are required to access the lower level of the home (approximately 20 steps) - not recommended for guests with significant mobility limitations
★ No smoking inside the cabin
★ Guests responsible for firewood - some may be on site - Dollar General is just up the road
