Verification & Rental Agreement: Guests must complete secure online ID verification and sign the digital rental agreement prior to check-in via our Enso Connect portal.

Pet Policy: 🐕1 dog allowed (up to 70 lbs) for a $149 pet fee. Pets are not permitted in the pool/hot tub area.

Smoking / Fire: Non-smoking home ($250+ fee). No open flames, candles, or fireworks. Fireplace is decorative only.

Pool & Hot Tub: No glass in pool/dock areas. Hot tub runs up to 2 hours per session (3x/day max).

Dock & Water Safety: Walkway to dock is steep/rocky—use caution. Life jackets are not provided; bring your own.

HVAC Limits: Keep thermostat between 70°F (cooling) and 76°F (heating). Keep doors/windows closed.
