Make yourself at home in our furnished 89 m² condo on the fourth floor of Viva Jaco. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a private ocean-view balcony give you space to settle in, whether you're visiting for a few days or staying longer.
Cook in the full kitchen, keep up with laundry using the in-unit washer and dryer, and enjoy air conditioning throughout the apartment except in the bathrooms. Parking is included.
For work, the apartment has a 150 Mbps symmetrical internet connection. There is no separate office inside the condo; you can use the dining table or the building's coworking area, which has shared desks and individual work bars.
The building has three shared pools: a 22 m lap pool, a family pool and a children's pool. Other amenities include a gym, yoga deck, two BBQ areas, a pool table and foosball.

Prepará tus comidas en la cocina equipada y aprovechá la lavadora y secadora dentro del apartamento. Hay aire acondicionado en todas las áreas, excepto los baños. El parqueo está incluido.
Para trabajar, el apartamento tiene una conexión simétrica de internet de 150 Mbps. No hay una oficina independiente dentro del apartamento: podés usar la mesa del comedor o el coworking del edificio, con escritorios compartidos y barras individuales de trabajo.
El edificio tiene tres piscinas compartidas: una de 22 m para nadar, una familiar y una infantil. También cuenta con gimnasio, terraza de yoga, dos áreas de parrillas, mesa de pool y futbolín.
Guests have use of the entire condo and access to the building's shared amenities, subject to the building's hours and rules. The pools, gym, coworking and other common areas are shared with other residents and guests. An elevator serves the building.

Jacó Beach is approximately a five-minute walk from the building. Restaurants, groceries and a pharmacy are also within walking distance, so a car isn't needed for most daily errands. Use the condo as a base for beach days, meals around town and exploring Costa Rica's central Pacific coast.
Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is near the beach, not beachfront. There is no separate office inside the condo. For longer stays, check your dates and the total price on Airbnb; message the host through Airbnb with any questions about availability or arrangements.
