• Ocean Reef is under construction for the next few months. Repairs will be taking place on-site regarding damage from recent hurricanes and tropical storms. Workers will be present during standard hours each weekday, and there will be significant noise disturbances, dust/debris, and blockage during this process. Disruptions may extend to the parking lot, common areas, amenities, and balconies. Workers may need access inside the condo as well.
