Sea Watch is an oceanfront high-rise located on the north side of Ocean City, with resort-style grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kids' splash pad, a fitness center, saunas, tennis courts, a game room, a playground, a movie theater, and an ice cream shop. As it backs up to Coastal Highway, Sea Watch is close to all sorts of restaurants, eateries, shops, and sources of entertainment, including 58-acre Northside Park just one mile north.

    • THINGS TO KNOW

    • Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
    • Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
