Getting around the Bishop Arts District is refreshingly easy—this is one of Dallas’ most walkable areas. Most restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and galleries are just a short stroll away, making it simple to explore without ever needing a car.
For quick trips beyond the neighborhood, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and typically arrive within minutes. If you’re bringing a car, street parking and nearby lots are usually accessible, though they can fill up during peak dining hours and weekends.
Public transit is also a convenient option. The Dallas Streetcar connects the district to downtown Dallas, with stops near popular attractions like Union Station. From there, you can easily access the broader Dallas Area Rapid Transit system to explore the city.
If you’re planning to venture a bit further, downtown Dallas is just a 10-minute drive, while neighborhoods like Deep Ellum and Uptown are a quick ride away.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
★ Other Things to Note ★
- There is NO ELEVATOR in the unit. All of the rooms are located upstairs (floor 2-4) and will require climbing up stairs to reach them.
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the parking spots at the back of the building and along the streets around the property.
- We would love to welcome guests who book our room the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
- Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
- A $200 security deposit is required as part of the check-in process. This deposit is held to cover any incidentals or potential damages during your stay and will be refunded after check-out, provided no issues are identified. Guests also have the option to pay a non-refundable $35 damage waiver add-on that can cover up to a specified amount of accidental damage in lieu of the security deposit.
Pets ARE allowed depending on size and are subject to pet fees. Please let us know beforehand and add the pet count to the reservation and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.
