The main living room features a 48-inch television, and the basement lounge is equipped with a 40-inch set - both with streaming and cable capabilities. Whether it's a movie night after a full day on the mountain or a rainy afternoon with the kids, you're covered.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is stocked for real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find a full suite of cookware including a stockpot, crockpot, roasting pan, baking pans, a mixer, and a knife block with cutting boards. A coffee maker, blender, and toaster handle the morning routine, while a full set of place settings (plates, mugs, glasses, and utensils for every guest) means no one eats standing up. The dishwasher makes cleanup easy after big group meals.

Technology

Two televisions with streaming and cable access are set up in the main living room and basement lounge. High-speed internet is provided through Xfinity, with the router located in the main living room under the TV.

A full washer and dryer are available on-site for your convenience - ideal for week-long stays or anyone coming in from the trails.

Check-in is self-directed for a smooth, flexible arrival. Up to 4 vehicles can park on the combination paved and gravel driveway. Please note the driveway is steep and narrow - four-wheel drive is strongly recommended, especially in winter conditions. Your host is available to assist with any questions during your stay.
