Welcome to The Turquoise Turtle, Sleeps 4 with Stunning Oceanview.
The Turquoise Turtle offers an experience of the perfect blend of comfort, coastal beauty, and relaxation. Coastal colors accent the condo throughout. There is a private primary suite with a comfy queen size bed. In the hallway are bunkbeds for kids or adults to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and supplies for those nights you choose to dine in. Seating is convenient for 4 at the breakfast bar to enjoy a cup of coffee or converse with the cook over dinner. The living area has a large comfy couch (also a sleeper sofa), entertainment center with fireplace and wall-mounted tv for your entertainment desires. A large balcony has stunning ocean views and views of the waterfall and pool. A great place to enjoy a relaxing drink, breakfast or dinner.
The Turquoise Turtle is located in the Maravilla Condos, one of Galveston's most popular vacation rental properties, near the front with stunning ocean views. Maravilla offers guests three pools (one resort-style pool, one children's pool, and one heated pool) as well as an in-ground spa. There's plenty of chaise lounges for relaxation and several barbecue pits for outdoor grilling. Kids of all ages will enjoy the outdoor volleyball area.
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
