- Coastal Setting & Elevation: Ocean’s Edge is perched above the shoreline, offering unmatched views and privacy. The beach is a short walk, but guests should be comfortable with mild elevation and outdoor stairs.
- Weather: Oceanside is beautiful year-round, and the coast can change quickly. Misty mornings, dramatic storms, cool evenings, and brilliant sunshine often happen in the same day. We recommend layers and a sense of adventure.
- Wildlife: Whales, seabirds, and marine life are frequently visible from the home and deck (binoculars provided). These natural moments are unforgettable, but sightings vary by season.
- Fireplace & Outdoor Features:Fireplaces, the hot tub, firepit, and outdoor hot shower are highlights of the home and are weather-dependent.
- Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Additional pet fee applies. Please help us care for the home by keeping pets off furniture and cleaning up after them outdoors.

- Internet & cell Service: Wi-Fi is available for convenience, but like many coastal areas, speeds and cell reception may vary. Most guests find it refreshing to unplug a little more than usual.
- An exercise bike is available for guests who want to stay active.
- Sound bars are provided and easily connect to phones or iPods for music.
