On the westside of Highway 1 and just a short walk from Shell Beach, you'll be able to enjoy the peace and serenity of the ocean year-round. Groceries and a handful of restaurants are about five miles away in Gualala and you can find wine tasting at the Annapolis Winery just under 12 miles southeast.
When you step inside this home, you'll be greeted by tall ceilings and clean, bright modern lines. There is a mix of hardwood floors and carpeting and comfortable furniture to sink into at the end of the day.
Entertainment amenities include cable TV and WiFi (but please be aware that Internet and cell service can be spotty), but of course, with such a lovely ocean view, you might find yourself happy to just take in the view.
The full kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. There's a gas range, oven, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space to whip up some fish tacos for dinner or buttermilk pancakes for breakfast. And when it's time to eat, you'll have more than enough seating at the dining room table and the breakfast bar.
Please note that entry access for the 3rd bedroom is through the garage only. There's a washer/dryer so that you can keep up on laundry.
While at Sea Ranch you can explore the Bluff Trail, walk down to Shell Beach, or get out on the green at the Sea Ranch Golf Links. Neighboring Gualala to the north offers two grocery stores, restaurants, and some shops/galleries. Stop by Trinks Cafe in the morning for a latte and a muffin or pick up a pie at Upper Crust Pizzeria.
Mendocino is a fun day trip about 54 miles away. Or, you might want to just stay put and enjoy exploring Sea Ranch by trail. Walk through Monarch Glen or head to one of three Recreation Centers for seasonal pools and tennis.
