On misty mornings, the fireplace is the natural place to gather; when the sky clears, the deck is yours for coffee, whale-watching in season, and long, slow sunsets. You’re a short walk from the heated community pool, with Sea Ranch’s trails and the Sonoma Coast an easy launch from your door.
Oceanfront luxury from every room! The Webb House at Sea Ranch features a and well-stocked cook's kitchen with marble countertops and a comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Other amenities include satellite TV, radio, and a great stereo system, as well as shared pool access.
Upstairs, there's a second floor sitting room/office area and spectacular views from almost everywhere in the house. This spacious home is a great getaway for multiple couples.
The main suite features a king bed, fireplace, and a deck. The attached bathroom is huge and contains a Jacuzzi tub plus a separate shower. On the opposite side of the house are two other large rooms, one with a queen bed, that share a large bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is another bedroom downstairs with a California king, ocean views, and an adjacent bathroom. Up to six guests can stay here comfortably.
Downstairs, the living room/dining room is open onto an expansive deck with an unobstructed view of the waves crashing onto Black Point.

You will have full access to the entire home and all its amenities during your stay. The private hot tub is available around the clock -- no reservation needed. Parking is available in the garage. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.
Perched along the Sonoma Coast, The Sea Ranch is a nature lover's paradise -- think tidepools, wildflower meadows, and redwood groves at your doorstep. Nearby highlights include community heated pool and hot tub (South) (2-minute drive), Pebble Beach access trail (2-minute drive), Black Point headland trails (3-minute drive). Between the coastal trails, tidepools, heated pools, and The Sea Ranch Lodge's restaurant, you could fill a week without leaving the community. For provisions, Gualala (10 minutes south) has grocery stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Jenner and Bodega Bay are scenic drives south.
Sea Ranch is located on the Sonoma Coast, approximately 2.5 hours north of San Francisco via Highway 101 to Highway 1. The closest airport is Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa, about 1.5 hours east. A car is essential for exploring the area. The scenic drive along Highway 1 is part of the experience.

Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times.
Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.
Whale watching season runs from December through April -- grab the binoculars and watch for gray whale spouts from your window. Spring (April-June) brings a wildflower show across the coastal meadows -- lupine, poppies, and iris paint the landscape. Summer (June-September) brings the warmest days and longest light. Morning fog is common along the coast -- it usually burns off by midday.
Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected.
