You'll find this light-filled home on the west side of Highway 1, where it enjoys blue ocean views from its large windows and patio. Stroll a quarter-mile down the road to comb Walk On Beach and meet up with the majestic Bluff Trail, spend a morning relaxing at the Del Mar Recreation Center one mile north, and reserve a bit of time to peruse the art galleries in Gualala four miles north.

Begin each morning with breakfast in the open kitchen and dining space, sit down with a novel in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and keep your eyes peeled for whale spouts on the horizon.
